Thank you all for participating CTEF 2025-2026 Art Contest!
CTEF第十五届绘画比赛“同行”收集到100多件作品。我们荣幸的邀请到多位资深艺术家为我们评审这次比赛的作品。
For our 15th annual contest with the theme of “Together” we received more than 100 submissions. We are honored to be joined by professional evaluators and artists who have helped us select this years’ winners.

第二组(三四五六年级组)
第三组(七八年级组)
第四组(九年级以上年龄组)
This year, the contest was held in five divisions:
Division 1: pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade.
Division 2:3-6 Grade.
Division 3:7th and 8th Grade.
Division 4:9th Grade and above.

每年的获奖作品会用于制作精美画册。我们还会用这些作品制作感谢卡给基金会的朋友。今年是绘画大赛特殊的一年:参赛者都会获得精美电子版纪念画册。 今年获得前三名奖次的小朋友会获得一定量的礼品卡,每个参赛的小朋友都会获得精美纪念品。
The award-winning designs are printed onto cards and stamps that carry love and care as we use them in correspondence with our donors and partners. We will publish Amazon E-Book for award winning art works. The first, second, and third place winners will get a small gift card. Every participant will receive a gift from CTEF.

Judge Panel
Fanping Kong (Fanping Kong)
Fanping Kong is an accomplished oil painter and art educator whose early inspiration emerged during the Cultural Revolution. A graduate and later professor of the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, he has built a distinguished career spanning stage design, international study, and fine art. Selected by China’s Ministry of Culture and Education to study at the Algeria Higher Academy of Fine Arts, he held a successful solo exhibition in Algiers, with works collected by national cultural institutions. His paintings have been featured in numerous major national and international exhibitions, with works housed in the National Art Museum of China and other collections worldwide. A member of the China Artists Association, Professor Kong currently lives in Seattle, United States.
Huang, Chunxia
Graduate of the China Academy of Art, currently an associate professor at a university. Recognized as an Outstanding Instructor at both national and Fujian regional competitions. Academic Committee Member and Project Review Expert at Chengdu Zhongren Art Museum.
Jiang, Aili
Majored in Fashion Design at Xi’an Polytechnic University, with over ten years of teaching experience. Has received multiple “Outstanding Instructor” awards from the Social Art Proficiency Examination Center of the China Academy of Art (Fujian Region).
A Xi
Illustrator, picture book author, and curator. Art instructor at the Huaya (Art) Institute of Anaguo Field School. Published picture books include Trapped, More Than, and Where the Forest Begins. Actively engages in public welfare projects through performance art, visual design, and illustration, earning broad recognition.
Bing Xie
Graduated from the School of Arts at Fudan University, with 15 years of teaching experience in art and art history. Author of the Art History for Children book series.
Judging Criteria & Guideline
Each artwork will be scored on a scale of 1–100. All judges are encouraged to evaluate based on the following criteria:
Composition – 20% (clear focal point, appropriate size and placement of elements, strong sense of depth and layering, etc.)
Use of Color – 20% (even application of color, harmonious color combinations, ability to convey mood or atmosphere through color, etc.)
Theme Expression – 30% (content closely aligned with the given theme, clear and immediately recognizable subject matter, ability to communicate a clear message or emotion through the artwork, etc.)
Creativity and Originality – 30% (innovative concepts such as unique perspectives or exaggerated forms; inclusion of personalized details such as facial expressions or background elements, etc.).
