CTEF is actively involved in community events and has built partnerships with many local organizations.  At the same time, CTEF has established partnerships with many non-profit organizations in China and is in compliance with operating laws and regulations in China.  CTEF's partners include Zhenro Foundation, Soar Foundation,  Humana People to People , OFS, and locally at Seattle, Little Masters Club!
