荣光计划 | 在闽西大地收获乡村学校改造果实——2025秋季项目回访

秋意阑珊时节，今年秋季学期开学2个月后，荣光计划项目组深入福建腹地，对长汀县馆前中心小学、宣成小学、南山中复小学及河田中心小学等多个项目点进行实地走访。

此次行程，我们见证了“明日教室”、“儿童友好厕所计划”及乡村学校基础设施改造等项目的扎实落地，聆听了来自校园真实的声音，并用行动回应了孩子们对美好学习环境的期盼。

Two months after the autumn semester began, the "Glory Project" team conducted field visits to multiple project sites, including Guanqian Central Primary School, Xuancheng Primary School, Nanshan Zhongfu Primary School, and Hetian Central Primary School in Changting County. During this trip, we witnessed the solid implementation of initiatives such as "Tomorrow's Classrooms," the "Child-Friendly Restrooms Program," and rural school infrastructure improvements. We listened to the genuine voices of rural schools and took concrete actions to respond to children’s aspirations for a better learning environment.

馆前中心小学：让寄宿生的夜馆前中心小学：让寄宿生的夜晚也精彩晚也精彩

在馆前中心小学，焕然一新的“明日教室”已成为校园里一道亮丽的风景线。项目组现场进行教学设备调试，并为完善细节，计划使用软木板装饰墙面，以营造更温暖、实用的教学空间。此外，项目组计划新增一个机柜放置远程互动设备主机，学校老师提出定制书柜的方案，既有收纳功能，又节省空间，大家都很期待后期小微改造效果。

学校有119名寄宿生，他们对晚间课余生活充满了渴望。校长恳切地提出，学校目前没有专职音乐老师，孩子们的音乐梦想暂被搁置。除了书法、美术、阅读与写作课，希望“明日教室”还可以给学生们带来音乐体验。在课程规划上，我们与校方达成了共识：高年段侧重“文学启蒙”与“素质拓展”，低年段则以“温暖陪伴”为核心。

此外，一扇扇崭新的不锈钢教室门也已安装到位，为校园安全再添一份保障。项目人员卓佳佳回忆道，最初在手机上看到学校发来的铁门照片时，第一印象是它的朴实无华，没有任何装饰，却透着一股耐用结实的劲儿。我们来到现场，校长开玩笑说：“这下不用担心调皮的孩子们把门踢烂啦！”这份简单的喜悦背后，还有仍待改善的现实：校园里还有二十多扇旧门，因经费所限尚未更换，他们也因此对第二期微改造项目寄予了深深的期盼。

The "Tomorrow's Classroom" at Guanqian Central Primary School has been fully renovated, and all teaching equipment has been tested. The school's 119 boarding students eagerly anticipate more engaging evening activities. According to the principal, there is currently no dedicated music teacher, and it is hoped that the "Tomorrow's Classroom" can help introduce music lessons. In terms of curriculum planning, we have reached a consensus with the school: upper grades will focus on "literary enlightenment" and "holistic development," while lower grades will prioritize "companionship." Additionally, new stainless steel classroom doors have been installed, enhancing campus safety. However, over twenty old doors remain unreplaced due to funding limitations, and the school looks forward to potential support in a second phase of renovations.

宣成小学：细微之处见关怀

在宣成小学，项目组细致地检查了已投入使用的“明日教室”，并确认将补充一个机柜以优化设备布局。谈及线上阅读与写作课程时，教务主任吴老师欣喜地分享：“线上老师传授的‘五感写作法’，孩子们到现在还很受用，效果特别好。”

同时，我们重点考察了学校的卫生间使用情况。校方反馈，厕所没有门板，孩子的隐私难以保障，以及异味问题有待改进。项目组已详细记录，我们将寻求解决方案，致力于为孩子们提供洁净、舒心的卫生环境。

通过为教室更新窗帘和讲台，老师和学生的上课环境得到了肉眼可见的改善。正在上课的老师说“新的窗帘遮光效果很好，学生上课看电子大屏轻松多了，再也没有屏幕反光的困扰。”

At Xuancheng Primary School, the project team inspected the operational "Tomorrow's Classroom." When discussing the online reading and writing courses, Teacher Wu shared delightedly, "The techniques taught by the online instructors have been highly beneficial for the students." During the visit, we also conducted a focused assessment of the school's restroom facilities. School representatives reported issues such as missing toilet stall doors, which compromise children's privacy, as well as persistent odor problems requiring improvement. The project team has documented these concerns in detail and will actively explore viable solutions. Furthermore, the classroom environment has been noticeably enhanced through the installation of new curtains and upgraded lecterns. A teacher remarked, "The new curtains provide excellent shading, making it much easier for students to view the digital screen during lessons. The issue of screen glare has been completely resolved."

南山中复小学：一份资助，一份希望

此次南山中复小学之行，不仅是对硬件设施的考察，更是一次爱的延伸。在学校的介绍下，项目确认新增资助一名五年级学生，每学期600元的资助款将用于覆盖其学平险、代办费及课后延时服务费等，切实减轻学生家庭的经济负担，为他的求学之路扫清障碍。

教室陈旧、霉变的窗帘和被腐蚀的窗户防护栏杆也已更新完毕。这些看似基础的改造，极大提升了教学环境的安全性与舒适度，让老师安心授课，学生安心学习。为了守护这些微小的改变，学校也倾尽所能，校长多方奔走，向乡贤们募集资金。然而，环顾校园，仍有多扇旧窗等待焕新，校方对于二期改造项目的期待，真切而沉重。

At the recommendation of the principal of Nanshan Zhongfu Primary School, the project has confirmed additional support for a fifth-grade student. The subsidy of 600 yuan per semester will meaningfully alleviate the financial burden on the student's family.The school’s outdated, moldy curtains and corroded window guardrails have now been fully replaced. The school has also made significant efforts—the principal secured funding from local community benefactors to jointly repair the damaged classroom doors and windows. Nevertheless, many doors and windows across the campus still await renewal, and the school looks forward to the potential launch of a second-phase renovation project.

河田中心小学：电力改造，点亮未来

河田中心小学的走访，让我们看到了基础设施改造带来的巨大能量。学校原先整栋楼共用一个电箱，主电路老化；教师宿舍的电线更是90年代的规格，无法负荷空调等现代电器，一开空调就跳闸成为常态。此次改造，我们将主电路从50目升级为95目，并为每层楼单独设置了电箱，同时对教师宿舍线路进行了全面更新。这项关键的电力改造工程，彻底解决了安全隐患，有力保障了全校1781名师生正常的教学、生活用电需求。

该校的“明日教室”也已顺利落地，这里不仅是明日课堂的载体，也是孩子们上公开课、社团课的乐园，还是教师评课议课、开展团队建设的基地。换个环境上课，孩子们收获了全新的学习体验与无尽的欢乐。

我们还了解到学校面临的新挑战：全校100多名教师，仅有12台电脑，6个备课组的老师们只能轮流使用，数字化教学步履维艰，电脑是学校迫切的新需求。

Hetian Central Primary School previously operated with a single electrical panel serving the entire building, supported by an aging main circuit. The wiring in the teachers' dormitory was also outdated and unable to support modern appliances such as air conditioners. The recent renovation has comprehensively upgraded the main power supply, installed independent electrical panels for each floor, and renewed the dormitory wiring, fully resolving the school's electrical safety concerns. The "Tomorrow's Classroom" has also been successfully implemented at the school, providing students with an entirely new learning experience. Additionally, we learned that the school's over 100 teachers share only 12 computers for lesson preparation, making additional computers an urgent and pressing need.

在这几日的走访过程中我们发现，不仅是河田小学，计算机短缺几乎是所有乡村学校普遍存在的问题。

我们本次调研的足迹也延伸至文坊小学与朱溪小学。通过实地走访，项目组记录了学校现状的信息与核心需求，这些发现将是后续计划推进的重要参考。

结语

从一盏灯、一扇窗，到一间教室、一个课程，荣光计划正用实际行动，一点点改善着龙岩山区孩子们的学习环境。我们深知，前路漫长，但看到孩子在我们留下痕迹的校园里绽放笑容，我们坚信，所有的努力都无比值得。
