荣光计划 | 乡村学校基础设施微改造——武夷山2所乡村小学完工

2025年，由明日中华教育基金会支持的乡村学校基础设施微改造项目正式启动。我们始终聚焦于乡村校园中那些真实而迫切的需求——老旧开裂的运动场地、照明不足或线路裸露的校园周边、饮水设施简陋、开水供应不足，以及体育与阅读空间的缺失。

In 2025, the Rural School Infrastructure Micro-Improvement Project, supported by the China Tomorrow Education Foundation, was officially launched. We focus on addressing the real and urgent needs of rural school campuses—including aging and cracked sports fields, inadequate lighting or exposed electrical wiring around school premises, rudimentary drinking water facilities, insufficient hot water supply, as well as the lack of dedicated spaces for physical education and reading.

不只是修补破损的设施，更是回应孩子们真实的心愿。我们希望通过有针对性的维修、改造和提升，为孩子们构筑更安全、健康、完整的学习成长环境。

Beyond merely repairing damaged facilities, we aim to respond to the wishes of the children. Through targeted maintenance, renovation, and enhancements, we strive to create a safer, healthier, and more comprehensive environment for learning and growth.

今年4月至5月，我们完成了首批合作学校的实地走访；6月，项目进入综合评审阶段。经多轮评估，评审组最终确定了“小额资助、多点支持”的模式，力求让更多乡村学校切实受益。目前，福建省内已有9所学校提交申请，其中6所已通过评审，成为首批受助单位。

From April to May this year, we completed on-site visits to the first batch of partner schools. In June, the project entered the comprehensive evaluation phase. After multiple rounds of assessment, the review panel ultimately adopted a model of "small-sum funding, multi-point support" to ensure that more rural schools can receive tangible benefits. To date, nine schools in Fujian Province have submitted applications, six of which have passed the review and been designated as the first group of supported institutions.

武夷山市兴田城村小学

在这里，五年级的“班班通”已陪伴师生多年，如今投影模糊、设备老化，即使多次维修，画面依旧昏暗。

我们心疼孩子们眯起眼睛用力看清画面的样子，也理解老师打印机卡纸时焦急的心情。于是，秋季开学前，我们带来了：

武夷山市朱子学校

城市里的孩子，可能很难想象学校的卫生间，会成为心头的一道坎。由于早年间教学楼的设计局限，气味问题一直困扰着朱子学校的老师和孩子们。

项目官员前期走访中注意到这个问题，经过评估，决定为孩子们改善如厕环境。改造包含安装除臭仪、补上镜子、增加厕所门板、张贴生理健康海报、放置卫生巾互助盒。我们希望学生们每一次推门而入，都是没有负担的、被尊重的。

荣光计划是一个聚焦乡村教育发展的公益项目，由明日中华教育基金会等多方力量支持开展，通过开展乡村学校微改造，在硬件改造的基础上提供配套软性服务和课程支持，为乡村教师、家长和儿童赋能，同时为家庭困难、品学兼优的乡村学生发放奖助学金，多维度综合解决乡村教育问题，以高质量综合素质教育赋能乡村振兴。
