On Spetember 9th, Friday, many CHIME members along with their family members, young and old, gathered at Microsoft Bldg 34 to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.  CTEF was there with our display and brochures along with several other local NGOs.  The place was crowded and games were set up around the huge hall to entertain everybody. A  stage  was set up where many children performed and competitions among the adults were held. The other part of the cafeteria was where moon cakes were offered to everybody.  The CHIME staff did an excellent job this year in controlling the mooncake distribution and every one was happy. 

The purpose for having the CTEF display was to show the CHIME members of our work and I was pleased to meet some who reaffirm their commitment to donate this year.  The highlight of the event was running into one of our past board member, Nanshan Zhen, who was visiting from the Beijing Microsoft office.
